**the straps are not inherently adjustable, but within the inside of the bag you can tie knots to adjust the strap length yourself if a different length is desired.
**this bag is unlined, and due to it being a "mini" bag, or a small bag, it does not contain any inside pockets. There is a zipper to the overall bag and it the entire bag acts as one storing area.
