Sale Terms & Conditions

During sale, all eligible products* will be discounted, prices displayed will be the final sales price.

All eligible sale items are will be final sale - no returns or exchanges can be made. Cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes. Sale does not apply to previous purchases.

Processing:

Due to a higher than normal volume of orders, order processing time is expected to increase and should be taken into account when placing an order and determining possible delivery windows.

Shipping:

Should you have any questions regarding shipping after you receive your order shipping confirmation email, we HIGHLY recommend reaching out to the courier indicated on your tracking number directly.

 

General Product Availability:

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

We want to get you your order ASAP and are doing all that we can! However, due to a high volume of sale orders, order processing delays may occur and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.

 

If your tracking is active (showing as in transit, delayed, etc.) and you would like more information on the progress of your order, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly. Carrier information can be found on your tracking email. You can reach out to us via email at BearsMeadowBrand@gmail.com if you are having trouble locating the carrier.

 

Returned to Sender:
In some cases, an order may be returned to us for the following reasons:
  • Address was entered/formatted incorrectly at checkout.
  • Order was not collected in time.
  • Additional duties, taxes and other customs fees were left unpaid
You will receive a refund for the items within your order once they are received back at our warehouse. Please note that we are unable to reship your order and cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of the order being returned to us due to an error on our part.

 

Order Changes/Cancellations

Please note, we cannot guarantee a cancellation or update to address after orders are placed. Please double check your details before placing your order. You can return eligible items to us after you have received it, provided it is eligible for a return and not a final sale item.

Cancel Order:

Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order, though we cannot guarantee cancellation is possible after an order is placed. If your order has not yet been processed by our fulfillment center, we will attempt to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed. You can return your order to us after you have received it, provided it is eligible for a return and not a final sale item. Credit card companies may take up to 5 business days to return the payment back into your account. We ask that you check with your payment provided if you have any issues or questions.

Order Changes/Updates:We are unable to changes the items in an order, remove items, or add additional items to an order once your order has been placed. Please Contact – Bear’s Meadow ASAP so we can attempt to cancel your order, though we cannot guarantee cancellation is possible after an order is placed. If the order has not been processed by our fulfillment center yet, we will attempt to stop the shipment. If successful, we ask that you place a new order with the changes you wish to make.
