Refund Policy

All items purchased at full price are eligible to be returned or exchanged within 14 days from when the item was delivered.

All sale or discounted items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

For hygienic purposes, we will not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

Underwear, socks, headwear, masks, bandanas, facial or beauty products, hair accessories, water bottles, cups, or any product used in the hair, on the face, near the mouth or genital region.

 

We ask that any item to be returned or exchanged is done so unwashed, unused, and unaltered. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed. Any item that does not meet the above criteria or is returned damaged whether it be by the customer or in transit (on the way back) may not be refunded or exchanged. 

A refund will be issues to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

Depending on your payment method, credit card users may experience a delay in the posting of their refund to their bank account. We recommend contacting your credit card company if you feel there is an issue. If you would like to inquire on the status of your return, please provide us with the tracking number and order number.
