Orders and Shipping

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday, with the exception of federal holidays. Orders "awaiting fulfillment" are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped as soon as possible. Our current processing/fulfillment time is approximately 1-2 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is fulfilled. Please note, there can be a delay between your order shipping and you receiving a shipping confirmation email, up to 2 business days. Some tracking numbers may take up to 7 days to update. During holidays and busy shipping seasons, tracking numbers can take much longer to update with the carrier and is outside of our control.

We want to get every order processed and shipped as soon as possible and we do all that we can to ensure this for each and every customer! However, order processing delays occasionally may occur and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. We thank you for your support and patience!

International destinations outside of the US are likely to experience delays in customs processing and delivery.

Current average response time is 1-2 business days for a response to your inquiry. We are available Monday through Saturday excluding Holidays.

Shipping Delays

With our fulfillment center being located in central Florida, we are prone to natural disasters such as tropical storms, hurricanes, tornadoes and more. Because of this, delays may occur in shipping or processing times due to changes in post office hours or other instances out of our control. In such occasions, all subscribers to our email list will be notified of anticipated or current situations regarding the weather that may cause delays in the order fulfillment process. If you are not subscribed to our mailing list, you can return to this page at any time for updates or refer to the "Announcement" bar at the top of our homepage for notifications regarding situations like these. We appreciate everyone's time and patience.

Tropical Storm Debbie 08/03/24

A tropical storm is underway and growing stronger to potentially become a hurricane. We do not currently know the length this tropical storm will continue on for, but we anticipate potential post office closures or changes in hours that may affect fulfillment. If your order has been impacted by Tropical Storm Debbie, please refer to your email for any notifications. If you have not received an email, your order has processed like normal and will continue receiving the standard Order/Shipping confirmation emails, etc.

 

Domestic US Orders

Bear's Meadow ships Domestic US Orders via USPS. Please note, shipping costs do vary and are based on the overall weight and size of your order as well as the distance it is traveling to be delivered.

All outgoing Domestic US packages are shipped from our fulfillment center in Tarpon Springs, Florida.

Domestic orders over $35 ship for FREE!

 

Processing and Handling Notice

Please allow 1-2 business days for fulfillment in addition to your selected shipping method. You will receive tracking information for your order.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date as delays may occur that our out of our control. For holiday orders, please order early to allow time for processing and standard shipping.

 

International Orders

Bear's Meadow ships outgoing international packages via USPS International Shipping (Duties May Apply)

Please note, all international shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and other customs fees based on the destination country's taxes and requirements. Unfortunately, Bear's Meadow has no control over this and are not responsible for these additional fees. 

All outgoing international packages are shipped from our fulfillment center in Tarpon Springs, Florida. We ask that you allow additional time for international packages to arrive.

Receiving countries may not have all shipping options available. All available shipping options will be presented to you when selecting shipping at your time of purchase. If an option is not available to you when making your selection, we are unable to manually ad it. We ask that you please choose the available options.

All international orders will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 2 business days from dispatch for your tracking number to update. Some tracking numbers may take up to 7 days for tracking to update.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. For special holiday orders, we recommend that you order early to allow time for processing and shipping into consideration when selecting your shipping method.

 

Pre-Ordered Items & General Product Availability

General Product Availability:

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order for any reason.

 

Pre-Ordered Items:

You may order a Pre-Order item to reserve your favorite item, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be listed on the product page. In rare instances, Pre-Ordered items may be subject to change due to delays. We try our hardest to notify all customers via email or social media with any date changes.

We want to get you your order ASAP and are doing all that we can! However, order processing delays may occur and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.

 

Tracking Issues & Return to Sender

If your tracking is active (showing as in transit, delayed, etc.) and you would like more information on the progress of your order, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly. Returned to Sender:

In some cases, an order may be returned to use for the following reasons:

  • Address was entered/formatted incorrectly at checkout
  • Order was not collected in time
  • Additional duties, taxes and other customs fees were left unpaid

You will receive a refund for the items within your order once they are received back at our fulfillment center. Please not that we are unable to reship your order and cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of the order being returned to us due to an error on our part.

 

Order Changes/Cancellations

Please note, we cannot guarantee a cancellation or update to address after orders are placed. Please double check your details before placing your order. You can return eligible items to us after you have received it, provided it is eligible for a return and not a final sale item.

Cancel Order:

Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order, though we cannot guarantee cancellation is possible after an order is placed. If your order has not yet been processed by our fulfillment center, we will attempt to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed. You can return your order to us after you have received it, provided it is eligible for a return and not a final sale item. Credit card companies may take up to 5 business days to return the payment back into your account. We ask that you check with your payment provided if you have any issues or questions.

Order Changes/Updates:

We are unable to change the items in an order, remove items, or add additional items to an order once your order has been placed. Please Contact – Bear’s Meadow ASAP so we can attempt to cancel your order, though we cannot guarantee cancellation is possible after an order is placed. If the order has not been processed by our fulfillment center yet, we will attempt to stop the shipment. If successful, we ask that you place a new order with the changes you wish to make.
